married; that they buy with a Realtor; through the Realtor and the internet
they look at fewer houses before making a decision; and that most buyers
finance their homes because 30 year money is very cheap. The average seller lived in their home much
longer before selling it; almost all sellers used a Realtor that was referred
to them by a friend; and the sellers that didn’t use a Realtor lost money.
